Humans have both a biological and symbolic existence. The creation of immortality projects transfers our burden onto other objects. We deny the biological side of our existence and embrace the symbolic side, which is made up of illusions. As we interact with others, our set of illusions meets theirs. Usually, they align, and we can coexist peacefully.
