Challenging the System and Teaching a Different Belief System

The CIA's field tradecraft course teaches that society is conditioned to believe in a meritocratic hierarchy to maintain a predictable system of government. To step outside this system, one must stop believing or believe in a different system. CIA aims to find individuals who question the system and are open to being taught a different system such as espionage or treachery.
