Naps vs. Caffeine on Memory Tests

Naps have been found to be more beneficial than caffeine in improving verbal memory in a study involving two groups: one taking a nap and the other ingesting either a placebo or 200 milligrams of caffeine. The group that took a nap showed better performance in verbal memory tests after a seven-hour delay compared to the group that ingested caffeine.
