The Impact of Challenges on Mental Health

Research shows that facing a moderate amount of challenges in life is beneficial for mental health. On one hand, people who have experienced a lot of drama or hardship have higher rates of mental health problems. On the other hand, individuals who haven't faced any challenges also have poor mental health. The key is to find a balance by having a sufficient amount of unplanned challenges in life, but not too many. It's all about finding that sweet spot.
