Can You Vote Against Democracy?

Rob Reiner, the famous director and actor, said that on Twitter, if you vote for Republicans, you are voting for fascism. If you call Vladimir Putin a fascist or whatever, you call Joe Biden a fascist, you're just saying, that person's as bad as me. It will never work. You'll never do anything with it. Can you vote against democracy?
