In states of desperation, individuals may resort to destructive behaviors as a means to cope with perceived apocalyptic scenarios. This mindset fosters a desire to dismantle existing structures as a form of resistance. Concurrently, apathy towards political engagement, viewed as a withdrawal from responsibility, also reflects a desire to shift the burden of action onto others. This concept highlights a deeper psychological dynamic where evasion of responsibility can be a perceived exertion of power, compelling others to take on the challenges one refuses to face.
