I look at buying a home the way i buy a shirtad for me, a home is not an asset, its a liability. So what does that mean? I want to buy a home because i want to create memories. You don't want to buy an investment property or an investment because you want to make money. But instead of looking at your home as, i want to make memories here. People should be paying attention to things like interest rates and down payments.
