Staying focused on what we want to do includes scheduling ourselves with smarter time blocks/nOur bodies have natural rhythms that affect our energy levels throughout the day/nThese rhythms last about 90 to 120 minutes/nWe can schedule focused work in these time blocks and break them up with shorter pomodoro sessions/nAt the end of the time block, we should take a longer break of 20 to 30 minutes
