The Importance of Strategic Leadership in Wars
In wars, strategic leadership is often more important than controlling cities, having more men, or better weaponry. The Chinese Civil War is a prime example. The nationalist forces had all the advantages, but they lacked impressive leadership and coordination. Having a leader who represents the civil and military sectors, with the ability to communicate and implement their war strategy effectively, is crucial. Additionally, adaptability to changing circumstances on the ground is essential.
