ETH is still evolving and Bitcoin is it. today, but has the potential to get there. I envisioned a world in 10 years where Vitalik is no longer really involved with ETH. The developers are fulfilling more of like a maintenance role similar to the Bitcoin developers. And at that point, it will be equally decentralized, equally censorship resistant - much more sustainable long term.
