NOTE

Eating After Six O'Clock

Eating after six o'clock in the evening has been a daily ritual for the speaker for 35 years, which he believes has contributed to his good health. He explains that conscious and deep breathing can trigger a metabolic activity in the cells, creating energy which the body usually receives from food. By eating only once a day and after six o'clock, the body is able to work effectively by not constantly consuming food throughout the day, allowing deeper mechanisms to function and preventing the body from storing excess fat.
