Sleep is So Important For Sexual Function

During sleep is when we make our cust rone, at least men tend to make testasron mostly at night. If you 're not getting a lot of sleep, then we know testasron goes down. There's tons of links between lack of sleep and sexual disfunction in men and women. I think sleeping is one of the key things that i would say, if i could give everyone like a magic bullet for just for general health and as well as sexual health, it would be sleep seven to eight hours every day. Love that.
