Persistence of pilot voice in a changing profession

In the last 20 years, the persistence of pilot voice in a more diverse profession can be attributed to the fact that it's all they have. Flying has become increasingly challenging with historically bad weather, delays, near misses, and pilots with undisclosed disabilities.
