The ultimate goal should be to make oneself obsolete by hiring people who are better and more skilled in various areas than the entrepreneur themselves. The founder should not strive to be the best at everything in the company, as this indicates a failure in the hiring process. Instead, the founder should hire individuals who not only excel in the areas that the founder is passionate about but also surpass them in those areas. By surrounding oneself with talented individuals who can run circles around the founder in every aspect, success becomes almost inevitable.
