Judging Character and Choosing the Right People
To judge a person's character, look for patterns in their behavior. People reveal who they are through their actions and will likely repeat the same mistakes. If someone gossips about others, they will probably gossip about you too. Choose someone who understands human nature and has a good work ethic over someone with a glittering resume. People with inner strength can bend, learn, adapt, and change. To strengthen our character, we must recognize our patterns and work to change them.
