Don't double down on your decision because you made it publicly. One of the things as we talk about is do the worst case scenario? Go like, hey, let's make this decision now. What's the worst thing that could happen? And usually it's very unlikely and not that bad. The other thing you do is you should make a few minor decisions without a lot of overthinking it.
