Producing an accurate hematacrit is complex and slow/nHemoglobin is a reliable measure of anemia/nMCV is preferred over MCH for anemias/nMCHC has limited clinical utility and is used mostly to detect specimen problems/nMCHC doesn't serve any purpose for the patient
