It is essential to create a forcing mechanism to schedule important tasks. As a leader, it is crucial to maintain a high bar for what needs to be done, saying no to many good ideas but focusing only on the truly amazing ones. Involvement in only a few key tasks is viable, while the rest should be entrusted to competent individuals.
