The key insight in this snip is that a good CEO and founder should focus on their highest and best use, rather than trying to be good at everything. The highest and best use of an individual may not necessarily be in operating a company with many employees. It is important to identify one's strengths and focus on being great at those few things. A good CEO and founder should also accept their limitations and understand that their role is to identify talent that is better than them in each position and render themselves obsolete wherever possible. However, many founders struggle with this from an identity standpoint, feeling the need to excel in every aspect of running a business.
