🤔 Start a gratitude practice by acknowledging negative thoughts. ✅ Assume that if 50% of life is okay, a positive thought must exist for every negative one. 💡 Ask yourself, "What's good about it?" 🧘🏽‍♀️ For a 'Jedi Master' level, assume 90% of life is okay and find nine positive thoughts for every negative one. 💯 With practice, your brain will stop complaining and start looking for the positive. 🧠 This builds neural networks trained to seek positivity. ✨ These networks will automatically recall positive aspects when your brain searches for negative ones. 💖 There are always plenty of positive aspects.
