NOTE

Tips for Dealing with a Bad Night of Sleep

After a bad night of sleep, avoid the temptation to compensate by sleeping in later, going to bed earlier, increasing caffeine intake, or taking a nap during the day. These actions disrupt your natural sleep patterns and make it harder to fall asleep at your usual time. Instead, try to wait until as close to your usual bedtime as possible before going to sleep. Avoid over-caffeinating, follow a gradual decrease in caffeine consumption, and resist the urge to nap to prevent further disruptions to your sleep schedule. Despite feeling tired, sticking to your regular sleep routine offers the best chance of success in getting a good night's rest.
