Unlimited Free Evian Water in the Town of Evian

The French town of Evian allows its residents to have unlimited free Evian water from a special spring with a spout. People can fill up as much Evian as they want from the spring, and it is a common practice for the locals to do so. The spring has a continuous flow of water into a little bowl made of stone, and then it drains away, presumably to the Evian factory where it goes into bottles.
