Unlike Rwanda, where helmet regulations are enforced, cities like Lagos, Kampala, Dar es Salaam, and Nairobi experience chaotic road conditions that increase the likelihood of accidents. Despite Africa having only 3% of the world's motor vehicles, it is responsible for about 20% of global road deaths, a statistic largely driven by the dangers associated with motorcycle use.
