The key to fixing focus issues lies in creating flow by following a couple of principles. The first principle is to recognize that as human beings, we can't sustain focus for extended periods of time. The ideal focus window is approximately 90 minutes. Setting a timer for 90 minutes, taking a break, then resuming work can lead to significant productivity. It's also efficient to work for about 5 hours consecutively before taking a rest or break for lunch, making it possible to achieve a substantial amount of work within this timeframe.
