By instilling a mindset that reframes personal relationships as potential sales opportunities, MLMs create an insidious culture that aligns closely with the Republican Party's platform. The experience of converting emotionally significant connections into business transactions leads to a distorted worldview, making individuals more susceptible to extreme political views. This ideological influence persists even after individuals disengage from MLMs, as the resultant isolation and alienation fostered by such practices leave them vulnerable to far-right radicalization.
