If you're struggling to make a decision, i think it's because your values aren't clear. And so when you clarify those ues, hey, family versus freedom, then you will soon be able to just make decisions that may have seemed hard before. Then the last thing is just if your company take this stuff seriously and put it into practice in ways that are repeated for people and that they're trained.
