Useful knowledge solves specific problems
Knowledge is useful information that solves specific problems and tends to get copied because of its utility. Genetic knowledge allows organisms to survive in a given environment over time, but it may not adapt quickly enough to rapid environmental changes. Organisms are limited by genetic knowledge, which determines their behavior and repertoire of actions.
