The part where this picks up after the cut where Biden says quote, and now America must choose is actually from earlier in the speech. This is edited out of order to create the impression that Alex is wanting to convey. I understand that maybe for time reasons Alex wouldn't want to play the whole speech, but the way this is being presented is irresponsible and it's intentionally deceptive.
