Embracing a more holistic approach where happiness and well-being are prioritized is key. The traditional leadership model has marginalized women who don't conform to the male leadership style, but there's a shift towards more authentic and emotionally intelligent female leadership, which ultimately leads to better outcomes. However, there is still progress needed in recognizing and embracing this feminine model of leadership.
