In a high-pressure situation far from home, the individual is exhausted and feeling increasingly desperate as they try to recall something. They start to feel like they are losing their sanity, and begin to trust the police more than themselves. The pressure becomes so unbearable that a police officer resorts to physically slapping the individual, urging them to remember.
