Is General Intelligence a Good Idea?
You can train a pigeon just through learned associations to recognize the difference because they have great visual acuity between cancerous and non-cancerous tissue. They will be better than a trained radiologist one-on-one, head-to-head. But that has nothing to do with complex cognition in one way because of what it shows you is the absolute responsibility. It isn't intelligent in that sense because it's not like we're talking about goal directed.
