The conventional approach of setting clear goals and creating a structured plan works well when you know what you want, especially in the early stages of your career. However, this approach is ineffective when you are unsure of your desires. This lack of clarity is common among individuals further along in their careers. In such cases, knowing what you don't want but not knowing the alternative destination hinders the effectiveness of the traditional goal-setting method. Additionally, with more experience comes a plethora of potential pathways, making it challenging to determine the best route to reach your desired destination.
