And te congres said, you crazy wi spendin tax spare money to ball at mexico. Get out of here. But my point being, roosevelt was bound by the constitution to give people something. And he did. So let's say the government wants to repeat that process. Well, last time i looked to the constitution, which a couple of days ago, it hadn't changed. They still have to do that. Imagine a world where the government's actually thinking about doing that
