Don't Forget About Grace

Bethel Redding Sermon of the Week

NOTE

The Joyous Nature of Grace: Understanding the Father's Abundance

Grace is the heaping undeserved blessing upon someone. It's not just getting what you deserve, but getting what you didn't deserve and didn't earn. The word for grace in the New Testament, Keras, is a Greek word that signifies the joyous nature of God. He offers grace not out of obligation, but because he wants to. Grace goes above and beyond, giving us more than we need or could even dream of. It's a celebration, a robe, a ring, and abundance. Even when we deserve hell, grace is there to lavish blessings upon us.
