Intimacy coordinators work closely with directors and actors to choreograph scenes involving sex and sexual violence in films. They ensure that everyone involved knows their roles, can do repeatable takes, and stay safe. Similar to a stunt coordinator, they focus on making scenes exciting while maintaining actor safety.
