The macro structure of the person's exercise routine has not changed much in the last year, but the micro structure has changed a lot./nOn Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, they do zone two workouts, followed by zone five workouts on other days./nTheir lifting routine is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday./nTheir diet consists of eating a bite and putting on clothes to go for a bike ride on Saturdays or going for a longer bike ride on Monday or Wednesday.
