Joel Anderson wasn't surprised by the arrest in the Tupac case, as the suspect had been implicating himself for years. The 90s rap scene was dominated by Tupac and Biggie, with Tupac being a record-breaking artist and controversial figure. Many rappers tried to emulate him, but no one could match his unique persona. Tupac's goal was to make everyone feel comfortable and build a home base.
