The final layer of the deep life stack involves life planning and deep life buckets. This is where you divide your life into major areas important to you and contemplate what changes you want to make. You consider your community, relationships, job, and other aspects, envisioning how you want each area to look like. By making changes in alignment with your values, you can transform your life. The key is to build on the foundation of discipline, values, and calm established in the earlier layers, ensuring that your decisions and transformations are solid and sustainable. Each level builds upon the previous one, with an increase in disciplines and commitments as you progress through the stack.
