The concept of a 'you' is akin to a story or model that one creates and controls, ultimately informing their actions and shaping their evolution. The physical reality we perceive is actually a mental representation generated by our minds to make sense of perceptual data. Both the physical world and the world of ideas are mental representations, interacting in our minds to produce models of the world.
