Troubled feelings are the result of unpleasant thoughts, regardless of what they are called (phobia, anxiety, fear). Describing oneself with terms like 'scaredy cat' or 'type A' only reinforces a habit of thought. One's experience is shaped by their own thoughts, and learning to recognize that one has the power to think differently and redirect their attention brings freedom and the ability to enjoy life.
