Tangentially Speaking with Christopher Ryan

NOTE

Therapy for PTSD

People have PTSD, pessimistic all the way down. They keep trying to inject some positivity in them they just have. So, what the therapy consists of is going back and reconstructing the past. Find happy things that happened in the past, repeating the happy things until they draw an empty unhappy thing. And then projecting that in the present,. Whether the happy things are happening in the present, live those actualized those over the unhappy things. Let's come up with an optimistic future, not a pessimistic future. If you believe in a future life, take in terms of the happiness in the future life, rather than a hell, or a pessimistic future life.
