Social media platforms have perfected the art of understanding human emotions and use psychology to keep users engaged. Spending excessive time on social media can be detrimental to one's life. To combat the negative consequences of excessive screen time, practicing mindfulness and meditation is important to gain control over the thinking mind and reduce reliance on these digital distractions.
