Knowledge workers are those who are paid to be curious and constantly learn. To truly convert information into knowledge, one must be open to re-categorizing, re-combining, learning new things, and constantly challenging their mental models. The key attribute is not how much one already knows, but how willing they are to learn and question their existing knowledge. While technology can provide known information quickly, true knowledge acquisition requires a commitment to continuous learning and reevaluation of what is known.
