The Different Types of Languages

There are four different entities that have language at different levels: monkeys, human minds, conventional computers, and computers with neural nets. Monkeys do not have an explicit language, humans develop an explicit language after birth, and computers have a machine language with zeros and ones. Computers with hardware neural nets have a different language, but with the same universality and function as machine language. Higher-level programming is required for understanding languages like English.
