Incorporating Inscription for Divine Connection

In magic practices, incorporating inscriptions, like inscribing alabaster tablets with spells and then drinking a mixture of wine and water placed over it, is done to establish a direct connection to a higher power. The belief is that by embodying the written word through ingestion, individuals embody the divine magic contained within the inscriptions.
