We see a trend in the work we do: the shift from looking at the micro level to more and more macro perspectives. With this in mind, Lou brings in Cornelius Rachieru, founder/co-curator of the Canux conference, and founder/managing partner of ampli2de, to discuss his work with "ecosystem mapping," a way to see how services and people relate to each other on a large scale.
