Spending 90% of time indoors under insufficient bright lights can negatively impact circadian rhythms. Wearing blue blockers during the day is discouraged, while dimming lights and reducing brightness in the evening is recommended. Overhead lights should be minimized, and bright light exposure in the middle of the night should not be a focus. Circadian clock cannot be shifted in the middle of the night, and therefore, it's important to prioritize morning and evening sunlight exposure for better circadian rhythm regulation.
