I Don't Need The Government To Pay Me To Protest Anymore
Most protests that the governments can induce in their favor, particularly around election time, people are paid in some form to go to those protests. And if i don't need that money from the government, cause i got remittances, then i don't show for that protest. And we think that's the mechanism that underlines this sort of mackerel finding, that remittances appear to be reducing the likelihood of o pro government protests.
