The Relations of Production

The means of production consists of the instruments and subjects of labor but not the labor itself. Productive forces are formed when combining the inanimate means of production with animate human labor. This leads to the creation of a product, but to reach the top of labor and production, forces of production must be combined with social relations called relations of production.
