Questioning the Dynamics of Exploitation in Work

The concept of exploitation may not always be overt, as one may not feel exploited even when being underpaid for the value they bring to a company. Despite personal satisfaction or benefit from a job, if the company pays less than the actual value of the work rendered, exploitation is still present. This prompts a reflection on why the system allows one party to profit off others being paid less than the value they create.
